Ms. Sansone provides complete appellate services from the notice of appeal through oral argument. She has filed dozens of appeals, in both civil and criminal cases. She has argued in the Court of Appeals (click to listen), the Court of Special Appeals, and the Fourth Circuit (click to listen).

Ms. Sansone also offers full and complete representation in connection with post conviction proceedings, including motions to reopen post conviction proceedings. Her representation includes a thorough investigation, including review of transcripts, police files and states’ attorneys’ records.
